Shipping policy

Shipment processing time:

onXmaps ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

 

Domestic shipping policy:

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

International shipping policy:

We also ship to Canada. Shipping rates vary by location, populated at checkout.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number(s) is sent. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

onXmaps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
